Owner very responsive! In my case the touch less system wasn’t seeing the back of my car well so the result wasn’t good from that perspective. I called and received an immediate refund so ran it through another bay which was working perfectly fine. Roger, Westerville, OH
The car wash broke while my car was in there, so it never rinsed off the soap! I called the owner and he immediately fixed it and gave me a refund. Me and my husband go to this car wash a lot... and I mean A LOT. We've never had a problem before, and was so happy to see amazing guest service behind the business.
I’ve always had nothing but a positive experience when visiting this car wash. I would prefer this type of car wash versus the drive-thrus. When visiting last weekend, I noticed that at the end of the wash, not all the suds were washed off my car. I reached out by email and was refunded with no questions. Not only are they quality car wash, but top-notch customer service.
I recently visited the car wash to remove all of the salt and snow debris over the last few weeks.The bay was bright and easy to use. I used the credit card feature so I didn’t have to keep fishing for quarters. I like that all the features worked if it was high pressure spray, soap or wax.My gray van was back to being a shining white color.
Convenient location, plenty of bays available. Great touchless option for getting all the salt off during the winter, or getting a nice shine going in the summer. I will definitely be back.

We have a few cars from Driving Schools of Ohio that we take here to get our cars washed. I love this place no after water spots cleans our cars really well. Prices are great! Love it!
